If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can change it. Read the damaged or incorrect product.
To cancel the product, you must create a cancellation request before delivery.

When the product is delivered to the shipping company by packaging, you are given a number to follow your product. Your order completed email is sent. You can get this number from your email.
